Deposit is required at time of booking, and final payment (if any) is accepted the evening of your event. Cancellations are accepted up until 7 days prior to your event after which time your deposit is forfeited.
* All parties require a credit card to be on file in case of significant damage or post-party clean-up. We have a cleaning crew on call who charge us $150 for cleaning the studio. If the studio is not left in the condition it was found, our staff will need to call in the cleaning crew overnight in order to have the studio ready for classes the following morning. By having the credit card on file, you are authorizing us to call in the cleaning crew if our staff deems it necessary. If you would like to plan to have the cleaning crew after your event, we can plan to secure their cleaning services for this additional cost of $150.
**all guests will be asked to sign-in at the front door indicating their release of liability of The Dance Family Studio and all affiliates for their activities in the studio.
